EGMF’s 100 anniversary in Kolwezi – photos and video

On September 2, 2022, Groupe Forrest kicked off the 100th anniversary celebrations of Entreprise Générale Malta Forrest (EGMF) in Kolwezi.

Entreprise Générale Malta Forrest was created in 1922 in Kolwezi by Malta Victor Forrest, father of George Arthur Forrest, President of the Forrest Group, and grandfather of Malta David Forrest, current CEO of the Forrest Group.

Specializing in construction, public works and roads, Entreprise Générale Malta Forrest is probably the oldest private Congolese company that has retained its name and family structure.

On September 2, 2022 in Kolwezi, hundreds of workers were invited to share mitshopo and a festive moment with the management of EGMF and Groupe Forrest.

On this occasion, George Arthur Forrest said a few words, to the great satisfaction of the agents.

Malta David Forrest, CEO of Groupe Forrest, Michael Igor Forrest, COO of the Industry Division of Groupe Forrest and Enzo Baccari, CEO of EGMF also attended this exceptional event.
