Congo Energy is a Congolese company which is contributing to the recovery and development of the energy sector in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

What we do

The company focuses on 4 areas: 

• Electrical infrastructure for industries.
  Congo Energy designs, produces and installs bespoke infrastructure. The company is proficient in the latest innovations in the sector, which allows it to produce efficient installations using cutting-edge technology. All at a competitive price.
  
• Project management
  Congo Energy specialises in the administrative and financial management of projects in the energy sector. Its area of expertise covers many aspects: feasibility studies, the preparation of tender files, contractual negotiations, monitoring of the work, supervision of the work on site, monitoring of fund-raising operations and operational acceptance.
  
• Production, transmission and distribution infrastructure.
  Congo Energy participates in projects for constructing and/or renovating large-scale hydroelectric, solar and thermal installations, sub-stations, distribution and transformer stations and transmission networks.
  
• Marketing of energy products, repairs, after-sales and maintenance services.
  Congo Energy supplies a wide range of products tailored to the specific requirements of its customers’ sectors of activity.  From industrial lighting to street lamps, automation systems and energy management, Congo Energy offers reliable, superior quality products, carefully selected from its partners.
• Marketing of PRAMAC generator sets
  Exclusive distributor of PRAMAC products in the DRC, Congo Energy offers a wide range of reliable and efficient generator sets. Our energy solutions cover various sectors, from light industry to specific infrastructures such as health and data centers. Thanks to our expertise, we offer tailor-made solutions and efficient after-sales service.

Subcontracting ARSP

Congo Energy has the certificate issued by ARSP (Autorité de Régulation de la sous-traitance dans le secteur privé). This certificate certifies that Congo Energy is authorized to work as a subcontractor in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Certification

Congo Energy strives to provide its partners and customers with high-quality products and services. To ensure this, it has strengthened its determination by being the first company in its sector in the DRC to obtain ISO 9001 certification and its inherent quality management system.  The latter, internationally recognised, ensures a significant improvement in the routine activities of Congo Energy, its business relations and its long-term strategy.

In 2024, Congo Energy obtained ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, becoming one of the first in the DRC to obtain integrated ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.

Congo Energy is the exclusive distributor of PRAMAC products in the DRC, offering a wide range of generator sets, from 10 to 4,000 kVA, as well as after-sales service.

• Schneider Electric

As an official partner of Schneider Electric, Congo Energy is certified to distribute and install equipment. Schneider Electric is the global specialist in energy management and automation.

• Beka Schréder

Congo Energy is the official dealer of Beka Schréder products, the leading luminaires’ company on the African market. The company specialises in designing and manufacturing HID and LED lighting solutions, with renowned expertise in industrial, road and urban, ambience, architectural, tunnel and sports lighting.

• Sunna Design

Congo Energy is the official dealer for products of the French company Sunna Design, a designer of innovative solutions in the field of solar public lighting.

• Sunoptimo

Congo Energy is a partner of Sunoptimo, a Belgian company which offers thermal solar kits for hot water production.
