AMIC – Mechanical workshop, foundry and machining

AMIC (Ateliers de Maintenance Industrielle du Congo)) is a Congolese company based in Lubumbashi, comprising a foundry, a modeling workshop, and a machining workshop. The machining workshop produces a wide range of machined parts in steel, cast iron, and bronze. A specialized section renovates high-capacity pumps, particularly for mine dewatering and hydrometallurgy.

Formerly known as FONDAF and later AMF, AMIC leverages over 75 years of expertise and know-how in its field in the DRC.

Activities

Casting

AMF is specialised in casting. It has many moulds that are specific for the types of machines already used in Congolese industries.

Machining

AMF manufactures high precision parts, according to the specifications and specific requests wanted by its customers.

Repairs

AMF is specialised in mechanical repairs, for example, pumps, motors, gear units, etc.

Partnerships

AMIC is an official distributor of HART Slurry Pumps, Magotteaux and Conundrum products.

AMIC has been registered under the number no. 0000009474 by the Autorité de Régulation de la Sous-traitance dans le Secteur Privé (ARSP) in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Social commitment
